If the user has trouble with installing not only OpenSCADA, but also the Linux distribution, then on the first time, he can use the "live" Linux distribution with installed and ready to work and studying the demonstration and full-featured OpenSCADA. If this environment of rapid availability is suited for you then you can stop on it and install it.
