The dark palettes of the Qt-interface were made completly useful!!!

In general, the Qt-interfaces starting module controls overall: Qt widget style, common font, interface palette, and cascading style sheets.

But the OpenSCADA interface contains some directly set colors which initially fitted to the light color palettes — the background value level must be not less to 190 (from 255), so the dark color palettes were not usable together that interface parts, like to the syntax highlighting.

To resolve that problem and make the dark palettes complete usable there was added a function of adjusting the directly set colors to the palette background color and which was used in the Qt-modules QTCfg and Vision.

The color adjustment performed by the correction of the Value level from the Saturation difference of the two colors and the Saturation itself corrected from the Hue difference.

The library is created to provide an environment of execution of scenarios of the technological operations — prescriptions, and frames of the user interface about them, including the frame of creation/edition the prescriptions and two frames of the execution control and reporting — "Prescription — run" and "Prescription — run, simple". The library is created to provide mnemonic elements of the user interface and it contains graphic elements, often need when forming the user interface of the electrical substations and the electricity generation station.
