The dark palettes of the Qt-interface were made completly useful!!!

In general, the Qt-interfaces starting module controls overall: Qt widget style, common font, interface palette, and cascading style sheets.

But the OpenSCADA interface contains some directly set colors which initially fitted to the light color palettes — the background value level must be not less to 190 (from 255), so the dark color palettes were not usable together that interface parts, like to the syntax highlighting.

To resolve that problem and make the dark palettes complete usable there was added a function of adjusting the directly set colors to the palette background color and which was used in the Qt-modules QTCfg and Vision.

The color adjustment performed by the correction of the Value level from the Saturation difference of the two colors and the Saturation itself corrected from the Hue difference.

The Technical Support packages were significantly revised for distinctly specifying their price from the OpenSCADA developers, defining the total equivalent labor intensity, appending the "Work" branch under the support and some other small corrections.

The Technical Support AGREEMENT was complete revised, appended for the new support conditions and released under version 2.0.

The OpenSCADA release versions completed by implementing the service updates

Service updates is a part of the LTS version 0.9.U.S, where "S" is the service updating number. The service updates are built for any critical fixes, automatically or manually (for specific), and their allowed only for consumers subscribed to the official support — purchased an actual package of the technical support.

The first service update have done on the version 0.9.1.1, which built currently only for CentOS 8 and for a technical supported consumer. The consumer by this service update have got about 10 operative fixes.
