OpenSCADA is an open implementation of SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems. The THIRD update to the production release of OpenSCADA 0.9 LTS

Trinity Desktop Environment (TDE) release 14.0.9

The Trinity Desktop Environment (TDE) project is a computer desktop environment for Unix-like operating systems with a primary goal of retaining the function and form of traditional desktop computers.

Due to that release the Automation Linux distributive — a subproject of the OpenSCADA project, was updated for the new version in several key essences, besides the patched packages typical rebuilding with the patches reajustment.[more]

WebVision — implementation of Audio, Video and the Notification

The module UI.WebVision of the unified visualization on WEB was appended for the video and audio treating.

Firstly, the primitive "Media" was appended for implementation of the variants "Audio" and "Video" by the HTML5 tags "audio" and "video" respectively.

Next, the module was appended for implementation the VCA-notifiers in the HTML5 tag "audio".

During implementing the VCA-notifiers, they were improved in implementing the direct audio playback in UI.Vision by Phonon and unified in the common notifiers specifying by appending the separate option "notifyServ" and appended for the static resources support by the option "resStatic".

Moving global program limits and parameters to configuration

All OpenSCADA global limits and parameters were accessible to change only by edition the header file tsys.h. And that was an objective way since free changing several these variables may cause critical problems.

But due to the often user requesting some of these parameters changing, most of them were moved to be configurable from the configuration file.

The dark palettes of the Qt-interface were made completly useful!!!

In general, the Qt-interfaces starting module controls overall: Qt widget style, common font, interface palette, and cascading style sheets.

But the OpenSCADA interface contains some directly set colors which initially fitted to the light color palettes — the background value level must be not less to 190 (from 255), so the dark color palettes were not usable together that interface parts, like to the syntax highlighting.

To resolve that problem and make the dark palettes complete usable there was added a function of adjusting the directly set colors to the palette background color and which was used in the Qt-modules QTCfg and Vision.

The color adjustment performed by the correction of the Value level from the Saturation difference of the two colors and the Saturation itself corrected from the Hue difference.
