TDE > tqt3-trinity: Calls XCloseIM() to prevent memory leaking.
The XCloseIM() call was disabled in Qt3 far ago when LibX11 has problems here, then we have had memory leakage which is especially big in the tdeio_server where the memory consumption can achieve hundred magabytes from gwenview on remote images with never freeing, that is especially critical on old systems with small memory or RPi.
On modern libX11 that problem was fixed seems, so we can call again XCloseIM().
