The loading limit in 100% is spare on modern multicore systems, where one process can start threads in cores number and load all them on 100%, that is achieve the process load in NCores*100%.
Ticks value of the CPU using also loaded as integer and sometime as unsigned, but the value in real is unsigned long, that is why the variables were changed to unsigned long long.
