Component: The "OPC UA" module of “Data acquisition” and “Transport protocols” subsystems
Funding: for move to different LGPL v3 library, Chunks and CreateSubscriptionRequest implementing.

(+) Main secure politics implementation "Base128Rsa15" and "Base256".
(+) 19.08.2013: OPC UA protocol's part for Client and Server is moved to LGPL v3 library for allow and simplify using by other projects.
(+) 19.08.2013: Controller's object is made simply for EndPoints and transports selection and configuration.
(+) 09.12.2013: "Publish" (Subscriptions and MonitoredItems) request processing into the protocol's input part.
(+) Cap for the service RegisterNodeRequest adding
(+) Moving to input protocol's pooling mode instead direct writing and the separated publish processing task. Mostly to simplify.

(+) Adapting to B&R Embedded OPC-UA Server specific
