Hi,
Is additional documentation available to the following
http://wiki.oscada.org/HomePageEn/Using/PLC#h1088-13.
not sure if detail is correct as download link for raspian wheezy points to stretch.
Any help appreciated.

You are wrong, wheezy (7) points to the correct point, locally, but the builds are old and unsupported and the generic links point to the raspberry main download page http://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads
Due Raspbian is "armhf" then see to the hardware availability on the downloading page!
