Resume: An environmental bug of the Qt in working with the Floating Flag of the Docking widgets
Workaround: The problem represents only on clean configurations and can be resolved in the ways:
1. Move the docking panels to floating and back to docking
2. Reopen the Vision window, what forms the save of the panels' context.
