OpenSCADA: Work 0.9-r2539, LTS 0.8.19

Resume: An environment bug of the Qt working in a not main thread.
Solution: It is solved by building OpenSCADA for Qt working into the main thread, by the build time option --enable-QtMainThrd; after version 0.9-r2540 it is the default behavior which is triggered by the command-line starting up argument --QtInNotMainThread.
