On June, 4th, 2010, in Rostov on Don (Russia) the workshop of the rostov-on-don AltLinux group has taken place

At the seminar, held by the innovative-technological centre "InTech-Don" organization ( www.intehdon.ru/291 ), the report on the features of the OpenSCADA version 0.6.4.2 and working industrial objects was read, automated with this SCADA system.

The report covered the following topics:

• Features of OpenSCADA.
• The list of projects already implemented on the real industrial objects.
• The brief list of organizations which are successfully using the OpenSCADA.
• The role AltLinux in development and implementetion OpenSCADA.
