The OpenSCADA 0.9 LTS is commonly updated by the next regular LTS update accordingly, what will be 0.9.7 obviously.
But, just now I am going to rebuild 0.9.6 with the lot of the last fixes before it'll be switched only on the Service Updates — http://oscada.org/wiki/Home#Releases_of_OpenSCADA
