Timescale DB Extenstion.

 Hi,

New User here.

I've reviewed the test system and got the some sample data into the OSCADA.
Trending is good for realtime and near-realtime data.

To provide long term data storage that is accessible via grafana.
I was looking to add the timescaledb extension to a postgresql database.

Does anyone have an comments or suggestions?
