The gallery engine is changed and all main galleries created or updated

For more informative OpenSCADA views and solves views builded for it giving is changed the gallery engine. All main OpenSCADA represents galleries is updated or finally created.

The new gallery engine allow display incidentally image for all gallery for it represent and allow more powerfull gallerie's images overview and postprocess mechanisms.

Updated and finally created base galleries for represent main components of OpenSCADA. Galleries is created by system of describe all key components' views and write short comments on all independent language, for now it is English, Russian and Ukrainian languages. It is done allow by new function of support multilanguage text variables and, as result, creation multi-lingual data bases.

For now is updated galleries for: UI.QTCfg and UI.Vision. Created galleries for: UI.WebCfgD and UI.WebVision.
