Location process is finished now, but you can right now try version from repositories updates.

For OpenSCADA setup from official repositories updates of CentOs you need call:
yum install openscada

For overview all allowed packages OpenSCADA:
yum list openscada*

yum search openscada

OpenSCADA is accessible in CentOs 5.3
