Hello,
I was trying to add a image/symbol instead of getting it created as explained in Quick Start - "5.3. Creation of the new complex element". As adding images will have better look of the symbol that we want to have.
also whether it is possible to have things on top of image i.e image will be in background and some button/ instructive text will be lying on it.
As I posted earlier I was trying to have a Personal Computer(PC) control, I created the icon for PC but it would look much better if we can add a image while creating a part complex element. It will look more presentable.
Please guide if such thing is already there and I have missed while going through.

You can use images into buttons or place primitive "Media" with raster images, SVG, animations or movies: http://wiki.oscada.org/HomePageEn/Doc/Vision#h888-12
Also you can set images for backgrounds of mostly primitives or use its as part, described into QuickStart shapes: http://wiki.oscada.org/HomePageEn/Doc/VCAEngine#h887-14 and http://wiki.oscada.org/HomePageEn/Doc/Vision#h1059-1
