The Graph Control panel performs all those in runtime — http://oscada.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Libs/Main_graphical_elements#grph_panel
About those parameters setting by default see the primitive Diagram — http://oscada.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Modules/VCAEngine#Diagram

Hi, Thank You For Answer.
I solved it on the OpenScada QTCfg: User Interfaces -> Engine of the .... -> Project -> House ->
Root page (SO) -> Page -> Group 2 (my house test project) -> Contours group -> Page -> Contour 1 -> trnd1 : attributes
Size, seconds : 86400 (one day in seconds)
Value archiver : FSArch.15s (my 15seconds archiver)
